Position Available: Permanent Weekend Shop Assistant

Are you passionate about flowers and customer service? Kayan Tropika is looking for a dedicated Permanent Weekend Shop Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a creative environment and enjoy interacting with customers.

Job Scope:

As a Permanent Weekend Shop Assistant at Kayan Tropika, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Arranging and maintaining displays of flowers and products.
• Taking orders and processing transactions accurately.
• Providing knowledgeable advice on flower selections and arrangements.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Working Hours:

You will work on weekends with a choice of two shifts:

• Shift 1: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Shift 2: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pay Rate:

RM10 per hour

Qualifications:

• Passion for flowers and plants.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
