Refund Policy

Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance or personal preference. Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Additionally, any damage caused by the customer (e.g., improper handling, not following care instructions) is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

When completing your order, you will be required to provide accurate personal details, recipient information, and all necessary payment details. Please ensure that these details are correct to avoid any issues or delays in delivery. We recommend double-checking the recipient’s full address and your contact details (phone number or email address) to facilitate smooth communication in case of any delivery problems.

Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Once an order has been processed, cancellations will incur a 10% handling/processing fee. Please note that cancellations are non-refundable beyond this point.
  • Any changes to your order, such as the recipient’s address or personalized message, must be made at least 6 hours in advance or by the day before the scheduled delivery.

Substitutions

  • Due to seasonal and regional availability, some flowers may not be in stock at the time of your order. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute these flowers with others of equal or higher value, ensuring that the overall design and quality of the arrangement remain consistent.
  • Similarly, substitutions may apply to other elements such as greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, or soft toys if the original materials are unavailable.

Product Disclaimer

  • Because our arrangements are crafted by different florists, each bouquet may vary slightly in design and composition compared to the pictures shown. However, we guarantee that the freshness and quantity of the flowers will always meet the standards. Please note that some seasonal flowers may be substituted if they are unavailable at the time of your order. This could include changes in the flower box, flower type, wrapping paper, ribbon or color palette. We always ensure that any substitutions are made with flowers of equal or higher value, maintaining the overall beauty and style of the arrangement.

Damaged Flowers

  • If you receive damaged flowers, please contact us within 2 hoursof receiving your order.
  • To process your dispute, we require clear photos and videosshowing the condition of the flowers. You can send these materials along with your order number to info@kayantropika.com or via WhatsApp at +60126719971.
  • Damage caused by the customer's own actions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Once we have reviewed the dispute, we will offer a replacementor refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

 

Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for remote deliveries, re-delivery, or any extra items added to your order after it has been processed.
